Rhodes Scholarship at Oxford University for International Students

The Rhodes Scholarship provide opportunities to individuals to study at University of Oxford. Aside the financial support that Rhodes scholarships provide, the program also enhance the leadership and character of scholars. Therefore, the program is a life enhancement program for anyone who apply for the Rhodes Scholarships.

Eligibility for Rhodes Scholarships

To be a Rhodes scholars, individual must be an excellent student with good academic record, commitment to service, leadership and character. 

You must come from one of the 23 Rhodes constituencies in the world.
The scholarship is awarded based on the following 4 criteria;

  • excellent student with good academic record
  • involve in music, sports, dance, debate, theater, and artistic etc.
  • courage, unselfishness, sympathy for the weak, truth, devotion to duty, fellowship and kindliness
  • leadership potential

Scholarship Amount

The Rhodes Scholarship covers;
  • Oxford University tuition fees
  •  Annual stipend  £14,700  for a year or £1,225 for a month. The scholarship will provide for a maximum of two years for masters and three years for PhD applicants.
  • Flight reimbursement (in and out)
  • Settling in allowance of £225
  • Health insurance allowance and application fee at University of Oxford.
