- Application Form for Scholarship in Chinese or English
- Notarized certificates in Chinese or English
- Transcripts in Chinese or English
Transcripts not in Chinese or English should be notarized in translation
- Research Proposal (800 words minimum) in Chinese or English.
- Recommendation Letters (2) in Chinese or English
- Medical examination
- HSK Certificate (if you have it)
