The Foundation has planned to award 15,000 individuals scholarship opportunities in the next 10 years. These individuals will basically be taken from Africa.

- Individuals Willing to give back: the scholarship is for people who is committed to give back to their community after their education.
- Future leaders: The program is looking for people with leadership vision.
Scholarship Value
The scholarship includes:
- tuition fees, accommodation, books and supplies, food cost, etc.
- Skills training programs for scholars
- life coaching, mentoring, leadership development, career counseling etc.
- Scholars will be given Internship programs and access to jobs
