The scholarship is under 6 thematic areas:

- Promoting global prosperity
- Strengthening health systems and capacity
- Strengthening global peace, security and governance
Deadline
All applications must be submitted by 17th April. Some partner universities have different deadlines which are earlier than this date.
Level of Study: Masters
Eligibility
- comes from an eligible Commonwealth country or have refugee status, or be a British Protected Person
- permanently staying at any of the eligible Commonwealth countries.
- available to start your studies in September or October 2018
- have a first degree of at least upper second class or a second class degree and a relevant postgraduate qualification by October 2018,
- have not studied or worked for one (academic) year or more in a high income country
- unable to afford to study in the UK without this scholarship

Rwanda, Bangladesh, Cameroon, Ghana, Zambia, Guyana, Vanuatu, India, Uganda, Kenya, Tuvalu, Kiribati, Tanzania, Lesotho, Swaziland, Malawi, Sri Lanka, Mozambique, Solomon Islands, Nigeria, Sierra Leone, Pakistan, Samoa, Papua New Guinea.
How to Apply
Applications must be made through your chosen UK university. Check your chosen university (HERE) for their admission requirements and rules for applying. You can apply for any of the eligible masters degree. Check the eligible masters programs (HERE)
Applications must be made using the CSC’s Electronic Application System (EAS), in addition to any other application that you are required to complete by your chosen university.
